We are an Ohio licensed residential facility, licensed by State of Ohio Mental Health & Addiction Services, specialized in providing high-quality support services to individuals in need of residential care, room & board, personal care services and community support.

MISSION STATEMENT: Our mission at HTCH is to always strive to offer our residents the highest standard of quality care while promoting individual empowerment, in a healthy and compassionate environment.
